What do I do if I want to get a refund for my purchase?


Answer:
Before you return NTI software for a refund, please note that you may be able to solve the problem you have with the help of our competent Tech Support Specialists. Our job is to satisfy you as a customer. Should you still want a refund, please note that our refund guarantee is for 30 days after the date of purchase.

If you purchased the software from a Retail store you will need to go back to your place of purchase to obtain a refund. NTI only processes refunds for software purchased directly from NTI.

If you purchased the shipped version directly NTI (Invoice Number begins with either a a "2" or if a phone order) call (949)-421-0720 between 9AM to 5PM PST Monday through Friday or email at Support@NTIus.com to request for a refund. Please have your Invoice Number, credit card holder name, and exact date of purchase on hand when contacting them.
