Answer:
Forward your entire email receipt to Customer_Service@ntius.com for order status. This receipt should've been emailed to you shortly after a successful transaction. Shipments by Domestic Standard normally takes 5 to 7 business days; Domestic Express orders normally arrives overnight; International Standard orders takes 2 to 4 weeks; and International Express normally arrives within a week (depending on location).
