Why can?t I do a ?Quick? format on a blank CDRW disc?


Answer:
A CDRW disc must be fully formatted before you can use the ?Quick? format in the future. A ?Quick? format only erases/formats the TOC (Table of Contents) at the beginning of the disc. A ?Full? format erases/formats the entire disc.
