I just updated my software to your latest verion with Admistration Rights and now the software doesn't see any of my drives, why?


Answer:
The problem seems to be with our new ASPI driver with Admin Rights (NTIDRVR) and the existing Adaptec's driver. If you are using Media Player 7.0 then Windows does not allow us to overwrite or append the Registry regarding Adaptec. Windows corrected this bug with the release of Media Player 7.1. Just update to Media Player 7.1 or higher to correct this problem.
