Answer:
Not all DVD players support VCD format. Check your device specifications to make sure your DVD player supports the VCD format. Make sure you are using good name brand CDR discs. Some players may not work with some types of dye used to create the discs. Getting name brand CDR discs will increase the chances that the DVD player will be able to read the disc.
