In order to be able to play a video CD on your computer you must have a program capable of playing VCD discs. An alternative would be to use the Media Player. To play the VCD using Media Player follow the steps below: 1) Open Media Player. 2) Click on File, Open and browse to the CD drive. 3) Double click on the mpegav folder. 4) Double click on the .dat file. The media player should start playing your video.
