" a) Open BackUp Now!, click on File Level Backup/Restore, click Restore on step 1. b) Insert last CD-R(W). Choose what to you want to Restore, make sure to choose Back up file in the From box at top of screen. Beside it is a browse folder, click that and browse your CD or CDR/RW drive. c) Open your back up file(titlexxxx.NBF) d) BackUp Now! will gather all files, now choose which files you wish to restore by checking the boxes. e) Choose if you want to restore to the original location or a new location can be specified. f) Start Restore."
