You must be US Residents and 18 years of age or older to be eligible.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION (subject to complete details below): NTI: Upgrade Promotion Sweepstakes scheduled for online on the Newtech Infosystems Website ("NTIus.com") on Tuesday at 7 PM (PT) from June 15 , 2004 through Sept. 30, 2004 will have an online registration form available exclusively online at www.NTIus.com. Persons who wish to participate in this promotion will first be required to register online. Participants will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry in the Grand Prize Drawing when their registration is properly submitted and received. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (as defined below) will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing to be conducted at the conclusion of the Upgrade Promotion Sweepstakes. NTI Websites are subject to preemption and schedule changes. If such changes occur we will be posted on the NTIus.com
HOW TO REGISTER: This promotion begins at 7:00 PM PT on 6/15/2004 and ends at 11:59 PM (PT) on 9/30/2004 ("Promotion Period".) End date is subject to programming changes. You must register in order to participate in this Sweepstakes. To register visit the NTI: Dragon Burn 4 Promotion Flash Banner at www.NTIus.com anytime during the Promotion Period, complete the entire online registration form and successfully submit same in order to be eligible to participate. Limit one registration per person/e-mail address. Any attempt by any person to register more than once will void their initial registration, any subsequent registrations and any prize consideration in connection with this Sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Random Drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received after the applicable Entry Period. All Prize Drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period according to the rules. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the whole of the Promotion Period. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail (valid email address is required in registration.) If a potential winner cannot be reached within 10 days from initial notification attempt, or if any prize/prize notification is undeliverable, then such person will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
LIST OF WINNERS: A list of winners will be posted on NTI website on 11/05/2004. By participating on this Promotion you agree to permit NTI to post your name on NTI's website, should you be one of the winners. To protect your privacy only the First Name, Last Name, and City of the mailing address will be posted.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstake is only opened to residents in US ONLY of age 18 or older during the duration of this contest. Void where prohibited by local law. Employees of Sponsor, its advertisers, and their respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, promotion, advertising and promotional agencies and anyone working directly on the NTI and their immediate family members and persons living in the households of each are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
